WATCHED
  • Bumblebee
    • The most adorable friendshaped robot I've ever seen in my life??? Why would anyone try and hurt this tiny sweet baby???
  • Transformers 1-3
    • I'd watched the first two movies, and I could have sworn I'd seen the third but apparently it was mostly unfamiliar to me, and after watching Bumblebee it was just so... frivolous? Did I accidentally download a director's cut or extended efition or something because they were long as fuck and full of ridiculous filler shots and choppy editing, and if i'm honest I kind of struggled to get through #3
  • Watership Down (the BBC version that aired before Christmas)
    • I loved this to pieces, even though I expected it to be scarier based on what my siblings had always said, having neither read the book nor the old animated movie (maybe Animals of Farthing Wood gave me high standards for scary kids programs) and my sister told me some people online were complaining about it but I think it was pretty damn amazing. Those twitching ears and noses!
  • The Hour (rewatched while I was down with the flu)
    • I don't know what to say here except that I'm still mad they cancelled this.
  • Sherlock Holmes 1 & 2
    • Watched with the kids while they stayed over the weekend. I couldn't tell if they were laughing in the same places I was, but at least I knew they liked it because they asked for the second movie...and the third one, though it sadly doesn't exist just yet.
  • The Little Drummer Girl
    • I'm a little confused about how I feel about this, given the subject matter, but it was massively compelling and the cast and writing were outstanding.
  • Call the Midwife Christmas episode
    • I loved it like I always love it, easily the more heartwarming show I've ever seen and I still don't understand why it's never on tumblr, even now that it's not so vehemently anti-children as it used to be a few years ago
READ
  • I sadly didn't finish reading Blackout like I wanted to before the end of year >__<

GAMES
  • Assassin's Creed Odyssey - Legacy of the First Blade DLC (episode one)
    • Always good to see Alexios again
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
    • After seeing this all over tumblr, I managed to wait until Boxing Day to see if the price would come down at all and ordered it that morning, started playing the next day, and am loving it so far

EVENTS
  • tumblr imploded a little more, which has made me consider seriously leaving for good
  • my siblings and I took ourselves to the cinema one morning to watch Bumblebee, it was a pretty nice time :)
  • made a very nerdy google drive folder for DND things which turned out both fun and awesome
  • speaking of DND, the kids will come down for a sleep over and my biggest niece is planning a oneshot game for them based on Laura's hogwarts/breakfast club mash up (which i haven't watched yet myself)

COUGH COUGH I THINK PERHAPS IT MAY HAVE. I REALLY DO.

But in other news, I'm still in awe of your nerdy spreadsheet making skills. And I really want to see Bumblebee at some point! Friend-shaped alien robot!!!

As of today, I am officially in a position to pay you 61 entire cents. What are your spreadsheet rates? :3

It might be handy to have a wordcount tracker. Hmmm. Wordcount by story and total wordcount, would that be doable?
