amovingtargetWow, I completely forgot to write an update last week. (Editor's note: I was supposed to post this on Sunday, but I got distracted and forgot...) I didn't even realise… I guess I was busy moving furniture out of my room so the carpet could go down. Which it now has! No more scraping my feet on carpet tacks!
It was a tough day in the end. We thought it would be done over three days, but they came late in the day and said, actually we're going to do it all tonight, so there was even more furniture moving. So much more sweating in one day than we could have anticipated. It was kind of nice too though -- my brothers came to help later, and we had pizza at the end of it.
The rest of the week had been moving furniture as well, including standing for an hour in the Ikea queue so I could get my hands on a bookcase. My room and furniture have been downsized a little bit and I'm kind of looking forward to just having less Stuff, but that's overwhelming too, because we have a lot of Stuff in this house, and getting rid of Stuff is an ordeal.
I guess overwhelmed kind of sums up how I feel right now. I feel like I can't get anything done… I've managed to catch up on my reading page today, but I still need to read everyone's FF7R commentary, there are courses I want to take, and games I want to play, things I want to watch, books I want to read, writing I want to do. Work stuff that I definitely need to do as well…
I wish I could say I was doing better, and some days I think I am but then I still go down too often and too far… and today has definitely been one of those days.

Date: 2020-07-07 03:15 pm (UTC)I'm doing a high chaos run of Dishonored 2, because I want to try and find everything in the game that I can, all the lore and the different pathways, which is obviously easier if you don't have to worry about the guards (^_^;) After that, I've been thinking lately that it would be really nice to play all the Uncharted games again?
Books waiting for my attention right now... Sorcerer to the Crown, and then I really need to get to Critical Role Origins comics. My niece bought the for my birthday in September and I still haven't read them ;___; and after that there's just so many! I bought a handful of kindle books that were 0.99... maybe I'll read The Architects Apprentice next...
I still need to watch The Witcher. I still need to watch The Mandalorian. But! I watched Hamilton today!!!!!!!!!

Oh man, 0.99 kindle books ARE SO HARD TO SAY NO TO.
Hope you enjoy The Witcher and The Mandalorian when you get around to them :D really liked both of those.
