I'm still really excited about the FF7 remake coming out soon, and it still isn't soon enough.

I can't wait to see them do things, all their little expressions and body language! I want all the party banter and I want to hear their voices (as much as I can) even though I miss their old ones. I don't know where this game will end, but I hope we get to see Cloud telling the Nibelheim story when they get to Kalm. Cloud and Aerith laughing in the park is a good moment, too. I can't wait to explore everything.

It's terrible how shippable everyone is. Or maybe that's just me, multishipping extraordinaire? But when I replayed the demo I caught feelings about Jessie and Biggs being lowkey friends with benefits and being maybe kind of sad about it sometimes, about the way their lives are as freedom fighters and maybe terrorists -- is the cause really worth it? what can they even do if it's not? but at least they're together... are they even allowed to have feelings like that for each other? who knows… maybe as long as they never really acknowledge it...

And maybe they have a little bet about who can flirt Cloud into bed better, or not bed but, you know, wherever. Jessie's going the obvious route, with bonus points for murdering Biggs with her lack of subtlety, while Biggs is being subtle because he's got some dignity, you know. I said it before but I'll say it again, I'm gonna be so sad when they all die...

Anyway, I don't think they have any success -- Cloud is just money oriented right now. But... oh no... I wonder if Cloud would go to bed with them if they paid him? Let's not get into that right now…

P.S. Things are still really A Lot and kind of Awful, right now. [personal profile] enemyofperfect helped me write this post, because they're a fiend, but a good fiend.
